Our marketing sites describe Aecoris products (including PayCrew, CraftBelt, and OurConduit). Product features, pricing, and availability may change. Paid software subscriptions and customer accounts are governed by separate customer agreements and product-specific terms presented at purchase or login.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the sites, attempt unauthorized access to systems, scrape in a way that degrades service, or use the sites for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks (including Aecoris, PayCrew, CraftBelt, OurConduit, VPRA, ProfitPace, MarginManifest, and DeltaDrift), logos, and software interfaces shown in screenshots are owned by Aecoris or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for fair use or as allowed by law.
No warranty
Public websites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aecoris disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding marketing content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aecoris is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketing sites. Liability for direct damages is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) in aggregate for claims arising solely from use of the public websites.

Sites may link to third-party services (including social networks). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms and the public websites is the state or federal courts located in Florida.
